RETURN POLICY

We accept returns of domestic orders within three (3) days of the date the order was received at the mailbox. The request must be made within three (3) days after receiving your order (Starting when the tracking number appears as “delivered” or “available for pick up”), otherwise we will deny the request.

  •  No money will be refunded only STORE CREDIT.
  • Store Credits are valid for 90 days from the day it was created.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Customer is responsible for any return shipping fees.

How to request a Return? To start a return, you can contact us at info@glowandbloomshop.com. Please include full name and order number. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 86 Calle Ducado Toa Alta, P.R. 00953 

If your return is accepted, the client is responsible for shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like personal care goods (such as beauty products) and health supplements. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
